Delivery Info

All orders that the payment has been cleared before 2pm, we aim to dispatch on the same day. Otherwise, the order may be dispatched the next working day. We offer no guarantees for same day postage.

Priority Delivery

We offer an express delivery option of 1 to 2 days within the UK. In most cases, the items shipped on express option are delivered within 24 hours from despatch. But in rare cases, the items may take up to 48 hours to be delivered, especially in the Scottish Highlands and British Isles. We cannot offer guaranteed next delivery.

Free collection

You may make arrangements to collect your order free of charge from Royal Sports Lounge, Farnworth Park Industrial Estate, Farnworth, Bolton, BL4 7BY. This would be at an agreed time and day as these premises are not always open.

Couriers/Services

The choice of the courier service depends on the item ordered. Usually, smaller items are sent by the Royal Mail 48-hour tracked service as a standard service. Priority service for smaller items is with Royal Mail 24-hour tracked service. (This is not a guaranteed service.) Longer items like cues and cases will be dispatched with another provider. There is not a guaranteed next-day service for longer items.
